Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. The promoter of the competition is The Creation Agency Ltd of 3 Walker Avenue, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TW.
2. All competition entries must comply with these terms and conditions. Entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
3. The competition opens at 9.00 AM on 17th November 2008 and closes at 5.00 PM on 28th December 2008.

4. Entrants under the age of 18 must ask their parents or guardian for permission to enter the competition and accept a prize. Entrants must ask the bill payer’s permission before entering the Competition. Employees and their immediate families of Creation Agency, Asda and Microsoft, or any agencies or individuals professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
5. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
6. Entry is limited to one clip for each registered entrant. Competition entries will only be accepted if they satisfy Creation Agency’s editorial requirements and any applicable broadcast laws and codes. In particular (but without limitation) entries will not be accepted if they contain content which might be considered harmful or offensive, or if they might be deemed to promote crime or any dangerous or illegal activity. Additionally, competition entries must not contain any third party content which would require additional clearances to be obtained for its broadcast and use for the purposes of the competition, and your clips must not exceed two minutes in duration.
7. To enter the competition you must ring 0871 908 1500 and follow the instructions given. State your name, age and contact number followed by the chorus from your favourite song. Each entrant must submit an entry in the manner and in the form required by Creation Agency which must include his/her full name, age and valid contact details.
8. Competition entries must be received through the entry method specified in the Asda Games Magazine Issue 2. Calls from a BT landline will cost 10 pence per minute. Calls from other service providers may vary. This call may not be included in all ‘call inclusive’ packages.
9. The competition winner will receive an Xbox 360 game machine and one copy of Lips Xbox 360 game. The five runners up will each receive one copy of the Lips Xbox 360 game. There is no cash equivalent to these prizes or other alternative to the stated prizes.
10. The prizes will be awarded to the entries which in the opinion of the judges appointed by the promoter best capture the spirit of the song.
11. The competition winner and runners’ up will be notified by phone following Competition closure no later than 24 days from the closing date. Creation Agency’s decision in respect of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Names and counties of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Asda Games Magazine Competition, Creation Agency, 3 Walker Avenue, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TW.
13. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
14. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 and under, excluding the children of employees and their families of Asda and Publicis Blueprint, The Creation Agency and its affiliated companies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must obtain guardian / parental permission to enter and accept a prize.
3.Only one entry per person.

Please include your name, address and contact phone number on your entry. Without these details the entry will not be valid.
5. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 28th December 2008.
6. The prizes will be awarded to the entries which in the opinion of the judges best captures the spirit of the character chosen from the Mario Kart game.
7. The winners will be notified within 24 days of the closing date by phone.
8. The competition winner will receive all of the following prizes; a Wii games console, one copy of the Mario Kart Wii game, four Wii Glo4Fun Wheels, two Wii Mote Power Solutions, one Wii Wireless Sensor Bar, one Wii Tennis Grip Pack and one Wii Sharp Shooter pack.
9. Three runners up will each receive one copy of the Mario Kart game on Wii.
10. Creation Agency may choose a selection of entries for public viewing on the Asda Games Magazine website.
11. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
12. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
13. Names and counties of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Asda Games Magazine Competition, Creation Agency, 3 Walker Avenue, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TW.
14. The promoter’s decision will be final in all matters to do with the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, incompletely received or damaged.
16. We regret no entries can be returned.

18. All competition entries need to be reviewed by Creation Agency before being posted to the competition website, which could take a day or possibly longer in busy periods. If we believe (at our absolute discretion) that your entry does not satisfy these terms and conditions then the story will not be posted and we will not be obliged to provide you with notice of our decision.
